Sonder Creative posted a new video comparing three different 50MP cameras: Fuji GFX ($6,499.95), Canon 5DS R ($3,699) and Pentax 645z ($5,496.95):

Here is the recap from FujiAddict:

Auto White Balance Testing
1. Canon
2. Fujifilm & Pentax tie

Sharpness
1. Fujifilm obviously way ahead and sharp edge to edge
2. Pentax did well for how old it is
3. Canon was surprisingly soft, but the sigma can be sharper than the Pentax stopped down

Autofocus
1. Canon
2. Fujifilm hunted a little in low light
3. Pentax had trouble

Subject Isolation
1. Canon
2. Fujifilm & Pentax tie

Dynamic Range
1. Pentax protected detail and better noise
2. Fujifilm close second with a little more noise
3. Sony a7RII lots of color noise but can get close to the Fujifilm with aggressive noise reduction
DNF. Canon not tested because it sucks

Other
Fujifilm Screen on the top is amazing
Fujifilm a little bit of VF lag, but very good in quality
Pentax is the most user-friendly
