Pentax K-1 Mark II updates

The official shipping date of the new Pentax K-1 Mark II DSLR camera is April 20th according to Ricoh Japan.

In the US, B&H and Amazon list the K-1 Mark II shipping date as April 11th.

In an interview with Dpreview Ricoh confirms GRII and K-3 replacements are coming

Dpreview just published their interview with Ricoh executives where they confirmed that a new GR camera is coming soon:

Good question. Although we don’t know whether it will be called ‘GR III’ or not, the study for the development of the next GR is already ongoing. We cannot say when, and how exactly it will be, but the next GR will come someday.

First leaked picture of the Pentax M-1

Ricoh will soon announce a new Pentax M-1 microwave equipped with Wi-Fi and LTE modules and a camera placed on the top panel. Thanks to this innovation, the Pentax M-1 microwave will be able to take photos of food in studio quality and then post them on social media. The price is expected to be around $299.
