    This seems to be a big leap forward in video quality for a Pentax DSLR: there is finally no more jaggies, moiré or false colors. I’ll say it looks to be on par with the Nikon D810.


    There is horrible horizontal banding on the high ISO samples from the cyberphoto website, both in 12,800 and in 51,600 iso mode.
    Hopefully it’s a pre-production issue…

      I, too, was rather alarmed by the banding, which is noticeable from 3200 ISO, so I tried out my D810 (which has a similar sensor) at 12,800 ISO. I couldn’t see any banding on my photos, so I’m also hoping it’s a pre-production manifestation. I hardly ever stray above ISO 1600 in my type of photography, so I’m not too worried. But I know a lot of people need good high ISO performance, so any shortcomings in this regard will be disappointing.
