Laowa 24mm f/14 Relay 2x macro lens now available also for Pentax K-mount

The strange looking Laowa 24mm f/14 Relay 2x macro lens by Venus Optics is now listed for funding on Kickstarter (currently at over $600k of funding with a goal of $10k). The company contacted me today to inform me that the lens is now available also for Pentax K-mount – here is their update:

“Yes we are! Pentax mount will now available to select but extended delivery time may be needed. We are looking to deliver Pentax mount in around Nov/Dec 2018. However, you do NOT need to select the mount of your lens at this moment. You will have a chance to do it after the campaign is ended. We will send you a survey to fill in the necessary information.”
