Ricoh GR III camera US price: $899.95, announcement tomorrow

The new Ricoh GR III camera will be announced on February 21st at 5:00 EST. The first shipments to US dealers are expected in mid-March. The US price will be $899.95 (the GR II model is currently selling for $500).

New Ricoh camera registered online (R02020)

Ricoh has registered a new digital camera under the code name R02020. The new model will have built-in Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth and DC 5 V (USB) power supply. (via Nokishita)

There is a new crowdfunding project for a Redcat 250mm f/4.9 telephoto full-frame lens by William Optics on Kickstarter. The lens is available also for Pentax cameras and it is described as “The world’s sharpest 250mm telephoto lens ever made for full frame cameras, at Apochromatic specification.”
