The Pentaxians 2020 yearbook is out

The Pentaxians 2020 yearbook is out:

The Pentaxians Yearbook 2020 – an international collection showcasing the very best photographs by the Pentaxians Facebook community – is available now.

Now in its fourth year, the project has grown year on year with around 380 photographers contributing to the current edition.

Based on an original idea by Stephen Obermeier (later joined by project partner Béla Nagy) the idea of the collection is that it is not a competition, with all contributions included.

Bela and Stephen are both long-time Pentaxians who manage all logistics of the project from start to finish.

“This has certainly been a very challenging year for the vast majority of us. Secretly, because of the Corona crisis, we expected fewer submissions than in previous years, but that was not the case. In total, over 400 images were submitted and the quality, as always, is outstanding, which makes us very proud. So thank you all, out there in the world, for your great images and for keeping alive what is by far, the greatest photo community imaginable.” Stephen said.

Visit the Pentaxians Yearbook website at http://pentaxians-yearbook.com to order your copy or download the online version. Worldwide shipping is available. You can also download the 2019, 2018, and 2017 yearbooks there.

The cover shot ‘SWALLOWED UP IN WAVES’ was contributed by Alistair Dunlop, a Pentaxian from Australia. The cover was shot with a Pentax K3.
