A few updates on the Pentax K-3 Mark III flagship APS-C DSLR camera:

  • The camera was delayed as previously reported
  • The camera will be officially launched at the 2021 CP+ show that will take place in Yokohama (February 25-28, 2021) – in my first post I wrongly reported that the official release will be by the end of 2020
  • Price is going to be ¥200,000 or around $1,900

And here are some of the most interesting Pentax K-3 Mark III specifications:

  • The new optical viewfinder has 1.05x magnification
  • The ISO range is: 100–1,600,000
  • New 3.2” 1.62M-dot LCD
  • 101 AF points
  • 12fps
  • 5-axis in-body image stabilization (5.5 stops)
