The new Pentax battery charger D-BC177 offers faster charging

In addition to the new silver camera and lenses, Ricoh also released a new Pentax battery charger D-BC177 (previously reported here) that uses a USB Type-C connection and offers faster charging (about two and a half hours) and a new K-BC177J adapter kit for Pentax DSLR cameras. Both will be released in late November. The new charger can be used with the K-1 Mark II, 645Z, and K-3 cameras.

The new charger is not yet listed for sale in the US (check Adorama and B&H).
