The pricing and release dates of the upcoming silver Pentax K-1 Mark II camera and silver HD Pentax-D FA ★ lenses leaked online:
- Pentax K-1 Mark II Silver Edition will be released on September 25, 2020, limited production of 1,000 units worldwide, price: ¥269,500 (around $2,530)
- HD Pentax-D FA ★ 50mm f/1.4 SDM AW Silver Edition will be released on January 20210, limited production of 600 lenses for each model, price: ¥158,400 (around $1,490)
- HD Pentax-D FA ★ 85mm f/1.4ED SDM AW Silver Edition, price: ¥255,200 (around $2,400)
- HD Pentax-D FA ★ 70-200mm f/2.8ED DC AW Silver Edition, price: ¥272,800 (around $2,560)
- Pentax D-BC177 battery charger and K-BC177J charger kit will also be available for reservation soon
Update on the new D-BC177 charger and K-BC177J charger kit for the Pentax D-BG6 battery grip: charging can be completer in less than half the time (about 150 minutes), the expected release date is late November 2020.
