Ricoh officially announced the development of the HD PENTAX-D FA ★ 85mm f/1.4 lens that has been on the roadmap for a while:

  • Model name: HD PENTAX-D FA ★ 85mm f/1.4 (tentative name)
  • PENTAX K-mount full-frame DSLR lens
  • This lens was developed as a “new-generation star lens”, which drastically reviews internal standards in order to respond to future camera performance improvements
  • Market launch: not decided
  • On display at the 2019 CP+ show
  • Price will be announced at a later date
