The RICOH GR IV Monochrome digital camera, scheduled for release in Japan on February 13, 2026, has specifications that allow you to select different languages ​​depending on the country you purchase the product in. We are therefore pleased to announce that we will be launching a multilingual support service that will allow customers who purchase the product in Japan to change the language menu set for Japan to a full language menu.

  • Service overview:
    We will rewrite the language menu (Japanese, English) of products purchased in Japan to a configurable menu in all languages.
  • Price: 16,500 yen (tax included) *This service is limited to one use per person, one time per device.
  • How to apply: Please apply at our repair reception desk (by courier/Yu-Pack or by bringing it in directly) or through our pickup repair service.
