- Camera Registration:
- Users can register their GR camera in the app, which appears on the home screen for easier future connections.
- Camera names can be customized (up to 32 single-byte characters, including alphanumeric characters and symbols).
- Remote Shooting:
- Via Bluetooth connection, users can release the camera shutter and set the self-timer using the app.
- Limited to single-frame shooting; the app automatically switches the camera to single-frame mode when the shutter is triggered.
- Image Management:
- Using the camera’s wireless LAN, users can view images stored in the camera’s internal memory or SD card on the app.
- Images with transfer reservations (not compatible with GR II) can be imported to the smartphone.
- Filtering options allow displaying images by criteria such as transfer status (e.g., “Not transferred”).
- Transferred images can be organized into albums, added to favorites, shared with other apps, or displayed as widgets on the smartphone’s home screen.
- Location Information:
- When “Store location information” is enabled in camera settings, the smartphone’s location data is transmitted to the camera and recorded in images during Bluetooth connection.
- “Background location information transmission” allows location data to be sent even when the smartphone is asleep or other apps are in use.
