The RICOH GR IV Monochrome digital camera, scheduled for release in Japan on February 13, 2026, has specifications that allow you to select different languages depending on the country you purchase the product in. We are therefore pleased to announce that we will be launching a multilingual support service that will allow customers who purchase the product in Japan to change the language menu set for Japan to a full language menu.
- Service overview:
We will rewrite the language menu (Japanese, English) of products purchased in Japan to a configurable menu in all languages. - Price: 16,500 yen (tax included) *This service is limited to one use per person, one time per device.
- How to apply: Please apply at our repair reception desk (by courier/Yu-Pack or by bringing it in directly) or through our pickup repair service.
*Please note that we cannot accept applications via stores that sell our products.
